From start to finish very professional job. Mark Huff and Ulises were great. Mark did the estimate and was very knowledgeable. Ulises was meticulous, and did a great job. The shower looks like new.

I don't know where to start. My experience with the team from Sir Grout, Noah and Ulysis was over the moon fantastic! Professional, polite, engaging, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and just fun to have doing this work. The results to the project left me speechless! Kitchen, family room, 2 bathrooms tile floor and shower tile, just makes me smile.

Sir Grout is an excellent and reliable company. Our worker, Ulises, did a spectacular job! He explained everything he was prepared to do, answered all questions and concerns patiently, cleaned up perfectly afterwards and explained in detail how to care for the tile and grout to prolong longevity. He was a true professional, both in knowledge, experience and manner. We feel like we have two new bathrooms!

I wish I had taken before and after photos of our shower to post with this review. But, I still can tell you that Sir Grout did a fantastic job of cleaning and re-grouting.

The grout in our tile shower has always been problematic and after seeing an ad for Sir Grout I met with Mark and he noted all of my concerns. Our project took two visits to complete. On the day of the job, Noah arrived on time and explained the work. Afterward he cleaned up reviewed the completed job with me.

I highly recommend Sir Grout and plan to use them again for work in our kitchen.
