We had a great experience with Sir Grout. Mark was communicative throughout the quoting and scheduling process and provided an honest assessment of the work. We were considering having them address a burn stain in our quartz countertop, and he was very upfront about the potential results, which helped us make an informed decision about that portion of the project.

Ulises, the technician, was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. He did an excellent job repairing chips in our quartz countertop and redoing the grout line between our kitchen counter and the wall. The grout in our shower now looks good as new!
