We had a great experience with Sir Grout. Mark was communicative throughout the quoting and scheduling process and provided an honest assessment of the work. We were considering having them address a burn stain in our quartz countertop, and he was very upfront about the potential results, which helped us make an informed decision about that portion of the project.

Ulises, the technician, was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. He did an excellent job repairing chips in our quartz countertop and redoing the grout line between our kitchen counter and the wall. The grout in our shower now looks good as new!

Noah and Ulises were very pleasant and professional. They had to move a lot of furniture to clean the floor, and said that it was no problem. They also had to deal with a lot of dog fur underneath the couches, and swept it up and told me not to worry about it. I have tile in most of my rooms, and everything looks brand-new now. I highly recommend Sir Grout.
