We used Sir Grout last week to clean, caulk and grout our two bathrooms. From the beginning, Mark and Noah were so helpful and thorough - going above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. We are incredibly happy with the results and absolutely recommend this team for any tile/grout needs!!!

We had Sir Grout Santa Rosa clean and re-grout our 40+ year old white tile & glass shower. We had an amazing and professional experience. Mark Goff, the owner, and the technician Noah were terrific. The installer was on time, clean, and left everything impeccable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to you.

Thrilled!! Sir Grout sent Ulysses to transform my 25-year-old tile kitchen floor, which is quite large. The tile is light colored, and the old grout was indescribably greasy and stained from years of use. Ulysses worked from 8 to 4, all day long. The floor was machine cleaned, the grout was scraped and cleaned, and then was stained in the color I chose, a light grey, cement color. Literally, every inch of that grout was re-done...by hand.

The cleaned and stained/colored grout and cleaned tile were then finished with a sealant over the whole floor. A miracle!! I wish I had done this years ago. Honestly, it looks like the entire kitchen floor was just installed today. I most highly recommend Sir Grout and Mr. Mark Hoff, the owner. Thank you, Sir Grout!

Noah did a great job, and our granite looks wonderful! He was able to remove all the white soap scum from around the faucet area. I was very pleased.
