Noah from Sir Grout did a fantastic job. We have two bathrooms with showers, one with lots of glass tile and the other with simpler white ceramic. They cleaned the tile, cleaned and re-colored the grout and all the surfaces, including the glass doors. They did all this while being careful and respectful of our house and our other bathroom fixtures.They even allowed me to schedule non-consecutive days for the two bathrooms so I could use one of them for a shower between jobs. I'd recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 10 Stars, I would. In 2010 we remodeled our bathroom. We picked subway and small hexagon tiles, all in white. It looked amazing for a few months and then the daily use began to show. Lesson #1: never tile a floor in white.

Over the years, just about every service company in Sonoma County that does tile cleaning has been in our bathroom, at least once, sometimes more. Looking at a 20k bathroom remodel was not fun, and then we saw an ad for Sir Grout; well, what did we have to lose?

Mark, the local owner, arrived on time and in 10 minutes I learned more about caring for tile than all of the folks who cleaned our tile AND also all of the tile stores that sold me product over the years. An estimate was given, yes higher than "all those other companies," but it also included re-grouting and other mechanical clean up that needed to be done.

"Sir" Ulises arrived on time and ready to do his magic. We knew going in that he would be here for several hours. What we didn't expect was having a person in our home who actually cared about the work being done. Ulises allowed us to look at the transformation/cleaning as well as checking about grout color for needed patch work.

It was made very clear from the beginning that bringing our 16-year-old tile bathroom back to "brand new" was not possible, but what we got was a bathroom transformed by diligent work and skill, and in so much better condition than we even thought possible. We didn't enter our bathroom for over 48 hours after (curing time) and it's been over a week now and we continue to be impressed, pleased, grateful.

We bought the Sir Grout tile cleaner and was instructed on how to use it and the small bathroom that we didn't have Sir Grout clean is now sparkling. If you are reading this and thinking about a tile area that needs some love, I would 100% give Sir Grout Santa Rosa a call. You will not be sold a "bill of goods" and you will also be very pleased and happy with the results.

Mark and Noah are amazing! They listened to our concerns and observations. Technician Noah is extremely detail-oriented. He updated us at each decision point to verify we're on the same page. The bathroom grout in the shower and floor look brand new, not 30 years old. Also as the hazy marble countertop we just accepted as the best it can be, is now actually shiny. I highly recommend this company.

Ulises was on time thorough in his explanations hard working and I'd have no problem recommending him to others. His workmanship was above par by the time he finished the shower and kitchen sink they looked brand new. I'd have no problem hiring him again.

Working with Sir Grout and their front person Mark along with the staff has been a real joyful experience. They're so professional when they come in analyze the work that needs to be done and they work with you on the price what I got was absolutely perfect work I had grout and things that were impossible to get the calcium out and they got it out of my shower.

They did a beautiful job sealing my deck so I don't have any leaks into my roof. Everything they've done here has been perfect. No other gentleman that comes and does a lot of the work was fabulous. I recommend I'm 100% and I'm very particular.
