In 2024 I completed a renovation of a house in San Francisco and I am currently renovating a large farmhouse in Vermont. So I am very familiar with all kinds of architects, tradespeople and contractors. Sir Grout stood out from the crowd at the get-go. Mark came to look at our two bathrooms and make a recommendation. He was knowledgeable and helpful, but it was his kind and warm demeanor that put me at ease. He clearly knew what would work for us and sent out a quote as promised.
When Noah came to do the work, he was just as kind and caring as Mark had been. His work was excellent, everything he did was absolutely perfect and made both bathrooms shine and sparkle. Noah was also a great communicator and consistently let me know when he was taking lunch, what he was working on, and how to care for it afterwards.This team was an absolute standout and I recommend them highly.
