Ulises was our hard working technician and he was a true professional even when we ran into a glitch with the grout color. He and Mark figured out how to fix the issue right away. The cleaning, regrouting and sealing of the shower floor and bathroom floor looks remarkable. Ulises' positive attitude and diligent care made all the difference along with his helpful suggestions about maintenance. Mark stopped to attend to the issue at hand and even dropped by. Ulises did a great job refreshing the white grout on my primary shower that had stains and black spots from 10 years of use. I'm happy to recommend this locally owned franchise they are well-run, knowledgeable and professional. Several of my neighbors have used Sir Grout as well.

I wish we had done this sooner! Ulises single handedly deep cleaned our entire kitchen and foyer tile that we estimate to be about 25 years old. Next, he brightened our grout so it looks new. Finally, he sealed it all so that it will last and be easier to clean. We had tried to clean it ourselves since moving in three years ago, and had regular house cleaners work on it, but now it finally looks so much cleaner and brighter. Thank you!
Noah and Ulyses did an excellent job redoing the grout in our kitchen, breakfast area, foyer, and butler's pantry. They were professional, kind, and clearly take pride in their work. In 2024 I completed a renovation of a house in San Francisco and I am currently renovating a large farmhouse in Vermont. So I am very familiar with all kinds of architects, tradespeople and contractors. Sir Grout stood out from the crowd at the get-go. Mark came to look at our two bathrooms and make a recommendation. He was knowledgeable and helpful, but it was his kind and warm demeanor that put me at ease. He clearly knew what would work for us and sent out a quote as promised.
When Noah came to do the work, he was just as kind and caring as Mark had been. His work was excellent, everything he did was absolutely perfect and made both bathrooms shine and sparkle.
